Terms of Service

KAALOS is a business planning and timing workspace for tasks, scheduling, delegation, team context, calendar sync, and decision support. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the workspace and for decisions made using the product.

You must use KAALOS lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and ensure that anyone whose personal or birth details are entered has the authority or consent required for that use.

KAALOS may offer a free trial with full access. After the trial, paid features require an active subscription or a remaining paid period. Access may be restricted if the trial ends, payment fails, a subscription is paused, or a cancellation reaches the end of the paid period.

Settings, billing recovery, privacy export or deletion, sign-in, onboarding, and Google connection management remain available where technically possible so users can recover access or manage their data.

KAALOS provides informational planning support. Advisor explanations, timing windows, panchang or astrology-derived signals, delegation scores, and recommendations are not professional advice and should not replace qualified legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or compliance guidance.

KAALOS does not guarantee business results, financial results, relationship outcomes, health outcomes, or any specific result from following a recommended timing window.

If you connect Google Calendar, KAALOS may read availability and create events when you request scheduling actions. If you disconnect the integration, new calendar actions stop, but historical task records or event references may remain in the workspace.

Billing is processed through a secure payment partner. The ability to subscribe, reactivate, cancel, or update payment methods depends on that partner and the payment method providers involved.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service, overload cost-sensitive APIs, reverse engineer private systems, upload unlawful content, enter data without required rights or consent, or use KAALOS to make automated decisions that require human review under applicable law.

KAALOS may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can depend on infrastructure, calendar, payments, timing data, messaging, monitoring, and rate-limit providers.
