Cancellation and Refund Policy
This baseline policy explains how KAALOS handles trials, cancellation, and refund requests. It is intentionally plain and should be reviewed before broad commercial rollout.
Free Trial
KAALOS may offer a free trial with full product access. If you cancel before the trial converts to paid billing, you should not be charged for the subscription period that would have followed the trial.
If a payment method authorization is pending during the trial, access can continue until the trial end date. After the trial, paid access requires successful subscription activation or another valid paid access state.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the billing settings. When a subscription is cancelled at the end of the billing cycle, paid access continues until the current paid period ends.
Once the paid period ends, paid features may be restricted. You can reactivate or subscribe again from billing settings where account and payment status allow it.
Refund Posture
KAALOS generally does not provide automatic refunds for time already used in a paid subscription period. Refund requests can be reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, or service-access failures caused by KAALOS.
Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on banks, card networks, UPI providers, or other payment partners.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available for dissatisfaction with a timing recommendation, advisor response, astrology-based signal, or business outcome. KAALOS provides decision support, not guaranteed outcomes.
Refunds may also be declined where the account violated acceptable use rules, attempted to bypass access controls, or entered data without required rights or consent.
How to Request Help
Send refund or billing questions to support@kaalos.in with the workspace name, account email, payment or subscription reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
